FOREVERFIT LLC is owned and operated by Linda Dierkes. She has been in the fitness field for 28+ years working as a personal trainer and nutrition consultant with a wide range of age groups from teens to seniors.
Linda is a Certified Medical Exercise Specialist (CMES) – where she received training to become a CMES through the American Council of Exercise (ACE). The CMES certification is designed to collaborate with a client’s medical doctor, as needed, to reach optimum health & fitness goals.
The CMES training is a unique combination of training, knowledge and experience so one can work with clients to overcome ongoing health concerns … such as the early stages of pre or type one (1) diabetes. Linda is also a certified FallProof™ Balance & Mobility Specialist through California State University, Fullerton’s – Center for Successful Aging. FallProof provides clients exclusive training in balance and mobility. Linda has mentored over 300 clients through FallProof group and individual class instruction. FallProof evaluates areas where one may be at risk to fall. After evaluation clients are instructed on key FallProof strategies specific to your need so that you can stay upright to eliminate / minimize the risk / fear of falling. Many of her clients have shared with Linda how they avoided a fall while walking on a wet parking lot or similar situation because of the FallProof training they received.
